




Back to main attorneys pageMary Sabrina Manning is an associate attorney with Matovich, Keller & Murphy. Sabrina was born in Spokane, Washington and grew up in Greenacres, Washington. She earned her Bachelors degree and graduated cum laude from Eastern Washington University in 2003. Sabrina attended law school at the University of Montana and obtained her juris doctorate in 2008. While in law school, Sabrina was a member of the law school’s National Moot Court Team that achieved the law school’s tenth consecutive advancement to nationals, and she was selected as a National Member of the Order of Barristers. She interned with the Yellowstone County Attorney’s Office, where she tried numerous criminal cases. While completing her clinical internship with the law school’s Criminal Defense Clinic, Sabrina also wrote a successful Ninth Circuit pro bono appeal for a Calipatria State prisoner in Marella v. Terhune, et al. --- F.3d ----, 2009 WL 1622250 (9 th Cir. 2009). After graduating from law school, Sabrina married fellow lawyer in town, Michael Manning, at Notre Dame in Indiana. She and her husband moved to Billings where Sabrina clerked for the Honorable Susan P. Watters, of Montana’s Thirteenth Judicial District. In July of 2009, Sabrina joined the firm of Matovich, Keller & Murphy. She is admitted to practice before the state courts in Montana and practices in the areas of general civil litigation, business entity litigation, and insurance defense. Sabrina is a member of the Yellowstone County Bar Association, the Montana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Outside the office, Sabrina enjoys working horses, going to horse sales with her dad, garage sales with her mom, and spending time with her husband and their Great Dane, Lola. |
